A few simple guidelines to help us provide safe, loving care and make every visit feel like a retreat.
Vaccination Requirements
To keep our retreat safe and healthy for all our furry guests, we require all pets to be current on their annual vaccinations and flea/tick prevention.
For dogs, we require up-to-date documentation for the following vaccines:
- Rabies
- DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any pets without proof of vaccinations on file—thank you for understanding!
Holiday Fee
The holidays are a special time—and because we’re choosing to spend that time caring for your pets instead of being with family and friends, a small holiday fee helps support our team and our time.
Holiday Fees:
+$5 per drop-in visit
+$10 per overnight stay
Applies to the following dates:
- Easter Weekend (Friday–Sunday)
- Memorial Day Weekend (Friday–Monday)
- Week of July 4th
- Labor Day Weekend (Thursday–Tuesday)
- Thanksgiving (Thursday–Sunday)
- Christmas & New Year's Weeks

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! Here's how we handle cancellations so we can plan ahead and offer top-notch care to every pup.
🦴 Drop-In Visits:
48+ hours notice: No charge
25–48 hours: 50% of visit fee
24 hours or less: Full price
🐶 Boarding:
72+ hours notice: No charge
25–71 hours: 50% of total booked services
24 hours or less: Full price (max $200)
🎁 Holiday Bookings:
14+ days notice: No charge
8–14 days: 50% of total booked services
7 days or less: Full price (max $300)
Early returns? If you get home sooner than planned, just let us know—we may be able to issue a credit depending on the notice provided.
